Delivery Notifications

You will receive an email to the email address you have specified when your order has been dispatched – this email will contain the tracking number (if applicable) so you can track your goods online.

Delivery timescales

Various methods will be available for you select at checkout, and these will specify a timescale. If your order is placed before 3 pm, for selected products, your order will be shipped the same day to be received the next working day. This excludes orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, as these will be dispatched on the subsequent working day. Next working day delivery is free on all UK orders over £99. If the order is under £99, a next working day option can be selected in the checkout.

In the event of a delay, Kitchenlab Sales Ltd will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you of this.

Please note that next working day is not available for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, the Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands. For delivery to these locations, please allow up to 5 working days.

The cost of delivery to EU and International countries will be calculated at checkout. Please allow between 2 – 10 working days for delivery.

Missed deliveries

If you are not in at the time the delivery is attempted, the delivery company will leave you a card to notify you of the missed attempt.  This will allow you to either telephone them to arrange re-delivery at a more convenient time or collect it from your local depot. For security reasons, all items sent by courier require a signature.

If for any reason the item is returned to us (for example, an incorrect address is specified, item not called for), then Kitchenlab Sales Ltd will inform you immediately by email as soon as Kitchenlab Sales Ltd receives the item.  We will then ask whether you’d like us to re-send the item or cancel the order.  For items that were undelivered through the fault of the customer and a refund is requested, Kitchenlab Sales Ltd reserve the right to deduct our shipping fees from the refund total.

Late deliveries or despatch

Although Kitchenlab Sales endeavor to ship every order in the specified timescale, in rare circumstances there may be a delay. This could be down to issues beyond our control and we will try to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

If a delivery is received late through no fault of your own, Kitchenlab Sales Ltd will provide a refund of any charges.  If the delivery was free, we do not refund any delivery charge. In both cases we do not provide financial compensation to cover consequential losses, e.g. Time taken off work or set aside at work to receive deliveries, or if you purchase the same item from a more expensive retailer.
